SHIPPING:
All items are shipped within 3 days of purchase unless it is a custom order or made-to-order item. 

All packages are shipped USPS with tracking. 

Most items are shipped USPS First Class Mail.  Larger or bulkier items are shipped Priority Mail. 

PLEASE NOTE: During the rush of the holiday season, shipping times may be slower than normal.  

LOCAL PICK-UP/DELIVERY:
If you are in the Charleston WV area and would like to make arrangements for pick-up/delivery of your items, please reach out to us prior to placing your order at stitchingwithstacy@gmail.com

RETURNS:
Please reach out to us by email if you need to return an item.  

Items must returned undamaged to us within 14 days of purchase in order for a refund to be processed.  Shipping fees are not refunded. For items returned after 14 days, we will provide a store credit only.

CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED, &
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
All custom, personalized or made-to-order items must be paid in advance. 

Please contact us by email if you want to order a custom or personalized item.  Once we provide you with the price, a custom listing will be created for you so you will be able to make your payment.

Depending on the item(s), it may take 2 weeks to complete and ship to you, so please plan accordingly.  

Discounts do not apply to custom orders or personalized items.
